Harness Dress for dogs

Super cute dog harness suitable for small to large dogs. This harness is attached around the neck and fits like a dress. It features two ruffles like a skirt and a decorative bow in the center. Fastened with Velcro. Not suitable for attaching a leash, only for decorative purposes. Made of super soft and comfortable leopard print fabric with some elasticity.
